Social Media Star is an online-themed board game and quiz suitable for students of all ages and abilities. The aim of the game is to be the first player to reach 50k followers. Followers are earned by completing tasks on the board. This resource includes all the high resolution files required to print and play the board game, including .jpg, .png, .ppt and .pdf versions of all the boards and tokens. 1-6 players place a token on the board and take turns moving around the social-media themed zones, answering questions from their fans and performing tasks to gain followers. Players are in charge of tracking their own follower count, and in-game cards will ask them to add, subtract, multiply and otherwise modify their follower count, making it a great game to reinforce basic maths. Suitable for any curriculum, this set comes with printable blank question cards - students must answer questions correctly to increase their follower count. Create yourself a set of cards (by hand or by filling in the template) to tax your learners in any curriculum area. The game ends when one player reaches 50k followers.
