These resources where designed to meet the AS Edexcel Business specification. Lesson 1 introduces quality, why it is important and the two methods of quality management (control vs assurance). Engaging practical activity using Malteasers, video, links to relevant theory in the spec, lots of real world examples. Lesson 2 focuses on TQM, Kaizan, and how businesses can implement TQM techniques. Links made to wider world general knowledge, business examples and vocabulary development.
