This PDF contains a set of 18 positive thinking cards. Each card contains a quote or message which relates goal setting. These have been designed to be used to support students in thinking about setting goals. They can be printed or given to students as a set or used as part of a session. These could also be used during tutor time or PSHE lessons if appropriate. This resource is an attendance interview/action plan template. It includes space for student/parent and staff to discuss attendance issues and space to write up agreed short and long term strategies. It also includes space for three final targets and a space to review targets. This resources includes the 5000 word write up for my NQPSL project which focused on an improvement plan for the numeracy and literacy catch up provision within my school. It scored 26/28. I spent a long time ensuring I effectively referenced all of the assessment strands as well as including lots of good research for leadership through the write up.
