Students have engaged with the activity and worked in small teams to establish the answers. Name The Theme Tune PowerPoint contains 18 themes with hyperlinks to slides containing the answers. There is also a blank answer sheet included to enable the students to record their answers. When downloading the files ensure that the MP3 files included are saved into the same folder as the Name The Theme Tune PowerPoint, this will ensure that the themes play as designed.

Useful resource for teaching entry level 3/ level 1 students the key points about storage devices in a fun and engaging way. This activity worked really well with a group of students who were finding the topic difficult and were beginning to disengage. Embeds maths and English automatically as students have to solve the mathematical problem and read and comprehend text and summarise key points. Preparation for activity involves: Giving each student the worksheet Storage Devices; Explaining the activity to all the group; Providing access to calculators if needed; Displaying the answers (this is what the students will see) around the classroom. When the student lifts the answer sheet the key points will be behind. Students then write the information in the correct row and column on the answer sheet. Displaying a timer if required.

Resources included here were used as part of an observed lesson which was graded as outstanding. These resources have been used successfully with SEN and Entry Level students but would also work well with primary age students. A PowerPoint presentation that guides students through the necessary input for adding monetary amounts successfully; includes tutor notes where appropriate. Supported with differentiated worksheets that students can complete individually or in pairs. Answers have also been included. Two notebook activities have also been included for those who may have access to a SmartBoard.
