Unit of work around William Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet'. Used with a weak middle set Y10 during KS4 GCSE study and again for revision in Y11. Contains tasks around key scenes and questions for scenes to be used as prompts while reading. Page numbers match up with the Cambridge School Shakespeare edition of the script (2012 edition). Reading of whole text is required and some scenes are discussion based. Could be used to support watching a page-to-screen version of play (RSC BBC production for example) and used to aid understanding through classroom discussion and activity. Easily altered and nice to dip in and out of - acts four and five are only summarised to support reading.
