This would be great to use when you are working on the book or for Roald Dahl Day. Having read about the creatures that James meets inside the peach, ask your class to carry out research on Mini-beasts. Provide them with books and access to the Internet. After this, give the children their blank leaflet. You will need to print pages 2 and 3, double-sided for each child. To help your class to understand what they should put in each section, either print off pages 5 and 6, where I have suggested what might go in each box, or show the children on an interactive screen. Pages 7 and 8 are a set of pictures which will fit in the boxes on the sheets. Some are cartoons and some are photographs. Print off a set of these pictures 1 between 2 or 3 children. If they cut them out, they will fit in the picture squares. Alternatively, they could draw their own pictures in the boxes. I hope that you enjoy using this resource. The Tiki Teacher
