I used this for my mixed year 5/6 class to assess the first week of place value. I chop them up and stick in books- then the child will tick which statements they think they can do in the first column and I tick the second column. There is also a space for next steps. My class found it useful.

My class have been doing the book ‘How to train your dragon’ and a topic on Vikings- Years 4, 5 and 6.
