30 days of 5 sets of worksheets - National Curriculum and SATs for Maths - Year 6

(0)
This is the full set of Morning Work for Year 5 or 6, Each day has a different set of questions, which in the full 6 weeks will be different numbers for each of the 5 sets. The set starts of with practise with number work in week 1, moving onto other areas of the National Curriculum in Week 2. Weeks 3 to 4 are all questions based around different sports and weeks 5 to 6 are all based on jobs. In the topic sets the sheets all have a link to maths which might be used within that job, so therefore all the questions have a real life context, though still covering the skills required for the SATs papers. As with all the morning work sets, each sheet should take around 10 minutes for the average child to complete, though this should improve as the 5 sets are worked through. Because of the repetitive style of the questions for each sport, you will find that the less able are more able to complete the sheets as they work through the weeks. All questions have been based on number side of the last few years of the SATs papers. Questions are totally mixed up, though have questions from all 3 of the papers.

Teacher Set 10 Fraction Pies - 18cm diameters - classroom use.

Teacher Set 10 Fraction Pies - 18cm diameters - classroom use.

(0)
This pack is the same as the smaller version for the children, however is has been created for the use by the teacher at the front of the room, and so are 18cm across the diameter, meaning a big enough resource for the class to see. It comes as three different buying options, simple, extension and the full set. It is more expensive than the smaller packs, though will dramatically help when demonstrating fractions in concrete form. There is also an option of adding on the full sets of the smaller sets for the children to have whilst having the main one at the front of the room. These wooden fractions contain all the unit fractions from half to tenths and twelfths. They are all made so they can be interchanged between each other, thus helping with equivalence. In total there are 10 circles, which are cut up as 1/2 1/3 1/4 1/5 1/6 1/7 1/8 1/9 1/10 and 1/12. Each disc has been laser engraved and cut, giving the fractions an accurate finish. These sets should help with the understanding of equivalence and how many fractions make up each one and be able to see this. These sets could also be used for addition of fractions and working out the answers. With some practise it could also be used for subtraction of fractions.

After working hard with the spreadsheet I have managed to design a product which has been created by the software. It will create a different copy of the SATs paper based on the 2022 paper. For this example there is only 2 pages of the one of the papers. You can buy this as a single test, though there is a pack of the five papers at a much better price. Within the full test paper there are the 50 questions and a sheet at the end with the most appropriate answer for each question. I thoroughly checked the paper when creating, though I apologise if there are any minor errors. Within the 5 pack, each paper is based on the 2022 paper, though it is different in what is being asked and the sentences used within the questions.
