Kingsmead School Academy is a co-educational academy school based in Enfield in London for students aged 11-18. It is a non-denominational school.
It is a National Leadership School whose senior staff share expertise with other schools around the country. It is also a specialist school for performing and visual arts.
Values and vision
Kingsmead School Academy is committed to traditional excellence in academic achievement as well as taking on board new technology and innovative approaches that make learning stimulating and rewarding. Consequently, in recent years the school has introduced Latin and other initiatives to build upon its curriculum.
The school aims to be a compassionate and supportive community and is proud of its inclusive ethos. It wishes to enhance students' communications skills, self-confidence, and self-esteem. It aims to offer opportunities for all students to succeed, whether it be in the classroom, in music, on the sports field, or in environmental initiatives.

Lessons include a range of interesting activities, encouraging students to work both individually and in groups. Questioning and regular reviews of learning ensure that students make good progress.
