With the Unit 2 exam typically sitting in May, students resitting after Easter have a narrow preparation window. These three sessions fit perfectly into the weeks between the Easter break and the exam date, giving resitters a structured, focused preparation plan that covers the entire assessment in just 3 hours 45 minutes of taught time.

Session 1 — Assessment Format and Activity 1 (75 minutes):

• Part A note-building simulation using a second scenario (Brew and Bloom Tea Co.)
• Teacher guidance on what to look for and what to challenge in student notes
• Full timed Justification practice (18 minutes)
• Time management masterclass with per-mark calculation activity
• Q12 metacognitive self-assessment — students identify their own gaps
