First task: translate high frequency verbs useful when describing a photo

Second task: Let’s chant! chanting the verb ‘etre’ and 'avoir and other important verbs. Choose a student to be a detective and send the student out for a few seconds. In the meantime, ask the rest of the class to decide of signal and who will be giving it. When this is agreed, ask the student back in the classroom. Each class member must chant the verb, start with ‘je suis, je suis, je suis’. At the signal, students change to ‘tu es, tu es, tu es’ and so on… until the detective identifies who is giving the signal, then swap detective. Students will have revised the verb ‘etre’ and ‘avoir’, ‘sourir’ and so on…
