Coloring activity can be used to help students with emotional vocabulary and self-awareness, as well as helping to get to know students and the ways they view themselves. Includes both a basic and a more complex coloring page, depending on age and vocabulary level.
Students choose one color to represent each category and color in the boxes with those colors. * Example*: Red for “often/a lot like me” Blue for “sometimes / sort of like me”, etc. Students can then color in the mandala based on the feeling and trait words. Example: If a student feels “silly” often, they would color the “silly” space red.
