Lockdown core PE fitness resources

A collection of Lockdown fitness resources which can be set for core PE students whilst they are working from home. Each task is intended to be completed from Monday-Friday each week and students have the autonomy of choosing the difficulty of their task, these are all differentiated from bronze through to platinum.
