Editable Essential Information Sheet

Edit this template with your child or student’s information. It gives them a chance to practise their handwriting, while also learning key information about themselves.

It has American and British English versions of certain slides. I have included my name is, my mum and dad, my school, my birthday, phone number, and password.

How do I use this?
This template was originally used by me in the classroom to teach students their full names and passwords. However, I have created this editable version with more information that children should know about themselves or their family.

What is included in this resource?
The link on the document will allow you to click through to the Canva template. The font selection and sizing is already complete for you, as well as a space down the bottom to put a child’s name if being used by a classroom. All you need to do is double click on the handwriting and input the information needed.
