A reading log design for elementary school students for promoting literacy and encouraging young kids to be interested in reading. The table is divided into five section; book’s title, author’s name, date, pages read and parent signature. The signature portion can be filled either by parents, guardian or teacher. The word file format allows teachers or instructors to add or edit the contents of the reading log.
