The following resource is designed for students studying on a foundation law degree, level 5.
The PowerPoint resource gives the student a basic outline of the BREXIT process and the time frame involved in leaving the EU.
There is a class activity where students are required to work in pairs/teams for larger class sizes and try to negotiate the terms of BREXIT, for example will we (UK) still have access to the customs union, trade bloc, free movement of citizens between the member states. The team who achieves the most demands wins.
Resource also comes with terminology checklist which can be used as a starter activity, and word document with newspaper headlines on it to engage the learners and help them think of terms of BREXIT.
