This is a research task which a teacher or librarian can do with students from Year 7 or 8 on food and nutrition. The learning objectives include: to learn to do research in the library using the library resources and it familiarises the students with using the library. The task starts with a dictionary task, then research on an international cuisine and then finally a challenge which involves writing up a recipe card.
