An introductory 8 page booklet linking anatomy and physiology with completing a training programme.

This can be used for a variety of specifications and in many different ways in both practical and theory lessons. A good way to introduce completing a training programme with key areas involved with this.

The workbook includes:
- Title page for students to design
- Questions relating to reasons for fitness training
- A six week session plan recording sheet
- Application of different machines/exercises used in the programme and links to muscle used and movements created.
- Activity linking exercise to short and long-term effects of training.
- Opportunity to evaluate all sessions and the programme as a whole.
