FIFA Football themed Health & Fitness testing cards.

This pack includes:

• A5 pupil profle card
• Title card
• 9 Fitness testing cards (Plank test, 10m dash test, Standing broad jump, sit-up test, multistage fitness test, sit and reach test, Illinois agility test, side hop test and the stalk stand test).

Each fitness test card has a description and gender specific (male and female) scoring system.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Pupil proflie card is designed to be printed and cut in half for pupils to use and complete in lesson. Title card and fitness testing cards can be printed and laminated for re-use.
