Information Reports for Adult ESL Beginners

This is a bundle of three reading lessons suitable for a mixed ability beginner or low level Pre Intermediate ESL or Adult Migrant class. The lessons are based on Information Reports all with an Australian flavour which would be great for Australian Adult Migrant classes but they would also work with English learners in other countries as there is also opportunities to discuss and write about aspects of the students own culture or country.

Some of the language will be challenging for Beginner students so it’s not suitable for complete Beginners (see my lesson My Family and I if you are looking for something for complete Beginners) but with some scaffolding it will be accessible to most good beginners or low level pre-intermediate students.

There is plenty of opportunity to differentiate learning according to your students’ levels and needs.
