In this lesson we look at how Jekyll’s laboratory is introduced to us, how Utterson and Jekyll behave around each other after Hyde’s awful murder of Sir Danvers Carew, and the significance of the letter and its handwriting contained within. A n ideal lesson for KS4 students working towards AQA English Literature Paper 1 and easily adaptable for KS3.
