Talk about health with this educational resource for your A2/B1 FLE. This sheet is available in PDF format (a printable PDF and an interactive PDF) and in Powerpoint format. It includes the following things:

  • 3 listenings. The first talks about the effects of alcohol on our health and breaks down urban legends. The second explains the Coronavirus to children and tries to calm them down. And finally, the last one presents the pain of a disabled child desperate to go to school.

  • Two readings. A text that tells the story of a liar who goes wrong. And another that puts learners in a situation to choose the best hospital room.

  • An original activity: the advice game. A person is ill , your students will have to put together pieces of sentences to form tips. However, all the tips must be different.

  • Interaction exercises. Your students will work in pairs and try to find a solution to health-related problems (similar to exercise 2 of DELF B1).

  • A little grammar reminder with an exercise to explain how to express pain.

  • An oral production “the visit to the doctor”: using a poster with some useful expressions, your students will have to simulate a visit to the doctor using a profile they have chosen.

  • A debate: “good or bad idea”. The objective of this activity is to get opinions and to justify them on quotes related to the life of disabled people.

  • An exchange of points of view on what really matters for everyone’s health.

  • A vocabulary sheet + exercises (fill-in-the-blank sentences).

  • All corrections.

  • Qr codes to access the audios and transcripts.

That’s all. If you have any doubt, I am available to answer and help you.
