So, back at school. Excited? Looking forward to it? Prepared?

In this set of resources, I have put over 100 things for you to decide whether you would do them, not do them, or maybe do them. You can use these resources alone, in pairs, groups or teams. You can also use these resources with students, NQTs, classroom support staff, teachers, inclusion officers, mentors, line managers, middle and senior management, governors and non-teaching staff. The colours are intentional, not everything is black and white. The response sheets, black and colour coordinated, are in two sizes: A4 and A3: print them off, laminate them and use them as often as you like inside and outside work.

Each thing is in a box, and you just laminate the cards, cut them out and put them on the relevant response sheet:
I will do this; I will not do this; I may do this.

Then write down a short explanation of why you put what you put where. Compare your choices with a trusted colleague and have a conversation on what is the same, what is different and why. Does the context of the class matter? New to you, new to the school, specific challenges.

After a few weeks back, look at your collections (Will, Won’t, May) and reflect on what went well and why, what you would do again and what you would do differently.
