A rock climbing lesson plan. Just an initial lesson plan which could be taught by teachers that have a traverse wall. Session aims focus on heel hooks and also looking at making a figure of 8 knot- a skill needed for when progressing to a full wall.
This lesson was initially taught for pupils at a Special Education Needs school but could work with KS2 & KS3 pupils in mainstream schools.
