To supplement this social story remember that you can support your students or child by slowly introducing them to dentists. This would include visiting local dentists, looking up video’s and photos of what to expect when going to the dentist and talking about your own experience at the dentist. All of these will help to reinforce the concepts and explanation provided in this social story.
