Stewardship and Dominion - How humans take care of the world we live in

Animal Rights, The environment, stewardship and dominion in Christianity, How Hindus treat animals.

This bundle consists on 3 lessons worth or resources that incorporate beliefs and teachings in Christianity and Hinduism, the lessons follow a traditional approach with starters, plenaries, AFL opportunities, and opportunities to embed literacy. 1 lesson is based on the environment and the importance of stewardship and dominion in Christianity, lesson 2 is looking at human use of animals, lesson 3 focuses on how animal life is preserved and respected by Hindus and finally we explore whether eating meat is immoral. The four lessons together form an entire and thorough unit of work. They are easy to edit and adapt and are ideal for the teaching of KS3. Lessons are engaging with visual aids and discussion opportunities.
