T Level Management and Administration - EDI

This resource is aimed at Year 2 students specializing as in Leadership and Management.

The resource covers Performance Outcome 2 for the following knowledge areas;
1.1 3 Equality, diversity and inclusion concepts and theory.
1.1 4 Key characteristics of an inclusive workplace and how equality and inclusion can be achieved through leadership approaches.
1.1 5 Legislation and team leaders responsibilities.

Additionally the following practical skills are developed within a project task:
2.9 Promote equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice.

The resource contains;
3 x lessons (Approx 5 hours of teaching / learning)
Student activities built into the lessons
A presentation assessment for the practical criteria
Marking grid for the presentation and Peer Feedback for presentations
