This lesson is designed to last for 50-60 minutes and is resourced with videos, extension questioning, deep thinking and uses graphs/images to aid learning.

This lesson follows the Oxford KS3 curriculum and looks at how both plants and animals are adapted to the tundra biome. Specific examples are given for students to identify and then explain. Examples include low lying plants, short roots, thick fur, small ears and more.

This lesson includes a starter, lesson objective, plenary and various student led activities.
