The songs are - Five Little Speckled Frogs Five Little Men in a Flying Saucer Five Little Ducks went Swimming One Day Five Currant Buns in a Baker’s Shop Ten Fat Sausages Sizzling in a Pan Each set of cards contains a picture scene for example a set of shelves or a spaceship and pictures to be cut out for example currant buns or aliens. Children add the correct number of objects to the scene then sing the song and take objects away. There is also a space for children to fill in the missing number or name. These cards can be laminated to use again. **Counting Songs PowerPoints A set of counting song PowerPoints covering five counting songs. Children can practise counting the dots or can place objects such as counters over the dots to practise counting to 10. Each card displays the number too so children start to associate the number of objects with the numeral.
