KS3 Lesson (can be adapted for KS4) on the Islam practice of Zakat. Firstly explores budgeting and basic knowledge needed about Islam, for this topic. Then goes into detail on what the practice of Zakat is, why it is given, how much, when and any exemptions. The lesson then finishes with a writing task, to summarise learning.
