In this pack, there is a teaching PowerPoint, along with handouts for lesson that require them, 2 fonts for editing and There are scanned-in examples of what the work is supposed to look like for many of the lessons and the hand-outs that I used are also provided. Hi there! ~_~ *includes* Extensive Lesson plan Deployment sheet for a TA (great for interview!) Lesson presentation Table labels (helpful for interviews) Learning objective and success criteria labels for childrens’ books A4 document of characters to describe (although I used alternative drawings that I made myself) and some pre-written adjectives to describe given characters for LA children. This lesson would take around 35/40 minutes, and would be perfect for a refresher lesson, or perhaps an interview. It’s greatly tweakable for different year groups and the like. I hope it’s useful for you!

Book Review worksheet concentrating on summarising, forming opinions and concluding on How To Train Your Dragon (Book 1) by Cressida Cowell. In this book review, children are asked to summarise the main parts of the story, give their opinion on the story as a whole, state the funniest, scariest and favorite parts, rate the story from 1-5, explain if they would recommend the book, and discuss who their favourite and least favourite characters were. This works great as a post-text exercise, and also works as a movie review if you are following the feature film instead. Reviewing books helps children know that it’s okay to like or dislike a book, and also allows them to work out what their favorite genres are. Hi there, Here's a big pack of two-way differentiated mental maths questions. Our school calls them '10 for 10' questions, but this is easily editable on all worksheets. They focus on age related expectations in Maths, and each week has a different focus.
