Students create a campaign for mental health awareness and through this, gain a basic understanding of the three key disorders: phobias, depression and OCD. I teach all my lessons from this booklet (the PPT lesson has been uploaded separately). I firstly use it to set flipped homework where students read the information and answer the flipped HW questions. This means all students have a basic level of understanding which allows the lesson to focus on application tasks and exam questions. In class, the same booklet has the space for exam question responses and other activities assigned from the PPT. Each booklet contains an outline of the approach, model answers and evaluation paragraph planning. This has been created by an experienced outstanding ALPS 2 Head of Department.
