I am individual that believes in reflection and progression with resilience and determination, I have been able to invest my time within the community of Leeds Chapeltown and Harehills to act upon being a positive role model within an ethnic community, with the ability to understand and work with various cultures. In July 2017, I utilised my existing leadership and volunteering experience in football coaching to work for UKISC, who specialise in internationally recognised soccer camps across the USA. Upon reflection, this developed my ability to plan, deliver and analyse my coaching to large and varied groups. I received positive feedback on my ability to encourage participation, enjoyment and safety, representing integrity, equality, authenticity and transferable skills in my behaviour. Teaching is my passion to develop young minds in achieving cognitive, physical and social fulfilment to join competitive working world and to be inspired to reach full potential.
