This assessment grid use exam language to assess learners. The other Unit 3 grid found on my resources should be used when training learners how to write plans. This grid should be used to assess learners who are ready for their exam. It uses language taken directly from the BTEC mark scheme and will help learners to see where they are missing easy marks for section 1 and 2 of the exam.

This Assessment grid can be used along side any investigation during the prep work for the practical exam to help learners focus on the tasks needed. it is a quick way of assessing learners work and can be used as a peer assessment task to minimise marking overload.
