About The Hart School
The Hart School is a vibrant and inclusive learning community driven by our vision of “WE CAN, WE WILL, WE DO.” Guided by our core values of being happy, ambitious, resilient and tolerant, we place personal growth at the heart of everything we do, empowering every student to achieve the highest academic standards as confident, well-rounded young people ready to make a positive contribution to our global community.
Under the leadership of our Principal, Rachael Sandham, The Hart School is committed to providing the very best education for all students, regardless of background or ability. This commitment was recognised in our Ofsted inspection of June 2023, where the school was judged to be ‘Good’. Our broad and balanced curriculum, alongside a rich ambition curriculum, offers numerous opportunities for students to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding, ensuring they are well prepared for the next steps in their lives.
We have high expectations of both our students and ourselves. These expectations are underpinned by clear guiding principles that ensure our school is a purposeful, calm and safe place to learn, where high-quality support, engaging teaching and strong professional relationships enable everyone to thrive.
As part of Creative Education Trust, a growing network of 17 schools educating over 13,500 children and young people across England, we are united by a shared belief that every child has talent, every community has strength, and every school can be a place where excellence thrives. We value strong partnerships with parents and carers and believe collaboration, ambition and teamwork are central to transforming lives through education - together.
