I am an experienced primary school educator with over a decade working across teaching, SEND leadership and professional development. I care deeply about every child's right to an excellent education, and equally about the teachers and staff who deliver it. My work sits at the intersection of teaching and learning, inclusion and school improvement and I believe these things are inseparable. A school that develops its teachers well, understands its most vulnerable pupils deeply, and builds a culture of continuous growth is a school where every child can thrive.
