10 lessons on the components of fitness (GCSE PE). Lessons are designed for KS3/KS4 pupils to consolidate prior learning on fitness and introduce GCSE PE level content to support transition onto the GCSE course. Students undertake a combination of theoretical learning, quizzes, challenges and safe practical tasks. Fitness tests are adapted where required to enable students to perform them in any environment, using simple equipment. Ideal to set as homework tasks.
