Objective:
The goal of the game is to be the first player to reach the 1st place rosette. Players will enhance their skills in simplifying expressions involving the laws of indices while engaging in friendly competition.

How to Play:
Players take turns rolling the dice and spinning the spinners. The dice will indicate which Law of Indices to use, and the spinners will generate the indices for players to work with. No spinner? No problem! A simple paperclip and pencil can serve as a makeshift spinner.

Challenge and Excitement:
Each turn requires players to create a question using the indicated indices and then simplify it to a single power of x. The players move their counters along the board the number of places indicated by their answer. Beware! If a player’s answer is negative, they must move their counter back the number of spaces given. This twist adds a strategic element to the game, making players think critically about the order of operations.

Educational Benefits:
With this game, students will practise the the laws of indices, including multiplication, division, and powers of powers. By combining maths and fun, this game ensures that learning becomes an enjoyable experience.
