As the papers get older on the AQA website, the papers become harder to find. So here is a blank 2011 PD paper along with the paper completed by myself using possible answers so your students can see 'how' to answer a paper with detail. Also I have attached a mark sheet that my school uses where you can highlight each section and give appropriate feedback, showing you what your students know or what you need to plan into future lessons.

This paper consists of the following: A Memphis Design question to produce a product for a child in the under-seven age range, materials, new/smart materials, product marketing/brand identity, advertising, batch manufacturing, quality control, making identical products, environmental issues, symbols, stop waste materials in supermarkets, product changes over time, environmentally friendly, Quality Assurance, tolerance, British Kite Mark, CE mark, quality standards, modelling and prototyping and ICT in designing.

I complete a past paper every term with my students and these are great to show them exactly how a paper should be completed. I hope these help in your classes. I have other previous papers on TES to help you...
