AQA GCSE Geography 9-1 Paper 1 Differentiated Case Study Resources

• Workable differentiated resources for Paper 1 - Physical geography.
• Includes all case studies (9 in total as well as examples) for P1 (Challenge of natural hazards, The Living World (cold environments), UK Physical landscapes (Coasts and Rivers).
• Tonnes of Dual-Coding and high ratio of picture to text enabling high degrees of access and participation.
• Emphasis on independence - cloze activities and point development included (can be adapted to include more opportunities).
• Containing all case studies in a workable format.
• The aim of the resource is to allow access for LAP’s to revise from (Students working at level 3/4) - less emphasis on facts and figures, more on explanation of key case study aspects.
• Explicit links to the spec have been made and questions linked from the spec where possible.
• Can be adapted for MAP / HAPs by deleting out content where necessary.
• Have tested and used in class - all abilities love them and they work well as starters before moving on to some applied case study questions.
