A KS4 PSHE lesson on binary thinking and perspective-taking.
Students pick a side on a scenario before they have heard all the perspectives. They then work through four viewpoints on the same situation, looking for what is reasonable in each one. The lesson introduces the Grey Space as a thinking tool and closes with a reflection on certainty and what it can hide.

Part of the Fault Lines three-lesson series on thinking, systems and polarisation.
