This spreadsheet allows GCSE teachers to calculate currently working at grades throughout the year, reducing the variation that occurs when individuals work out the grades. At the moment, it works out the grade by taking the average across the year, but if you need help doing other calculations (e.g. 60:40 splits) please let me know.
