Christmas Quiz - 2025

New for 2025! Some new rounds as well as a return of previous favourites!

Easy to follow format, that consists of 12 rounds. 120 questions!

After every two rounds, the answers are provided (I recommend getting students to swap with a neighbouring team)

A double sided answer paper document is also attached

In the rare occurance that two teams are tied, or just for fun at the end, there is a “closest answer wins” tie breaker question

The rounds include:

1. Streaming at its finest (Name the popular television programs that were released this year)
2. Secret Santa (Name the celebrity behind the Santa disguise)
3. Merry Christmas fonts (Merry Christmas is written in famous fonts; name the reason it is famous. For example, Merry Christmas may be written in the style/colours of the Coca Cola logo
4. Santa’s Sat Nav (Name the country Santa is visiting)
5. One line is all it takes (Name the Christmas movie from a famous quote)
6. Festive Pictograms (What festive things are represented by the pictures)
7. Elf of the Shelf’s holidays (Name the festive Cities)
8. Christmas Advert (Watch the advert and answer questions based on it)
9. Christmas song emojis. (Guess the song/carol represented by the emojis)
10. Santa’s Toy Factory Mishap. (Two toys that were popular at Christmas have been mashed together, name the two toys)
11. Festive Food Jumble. (The names of festive foods have been jumbled up, unscramble them in 5 minutes)
12. Christmas Wipeout (General Christmas knowledge, multiple choice with extra marks, however if one is wrong, all marks for this round are lost)
