CIE has six parts to its 0455 Syllabus
This is 31 MCQ and answers for part 1 from a selection of CIE past papers including Winter 2018:
"The basic economic problem The first section of the syllabus introduces the fundamental ideas and concepts that underpin the study of economics including the basic economic problem, factors of production, opportunity cost and production possibility curves."
Attached is the Q and A.

By extended, if you mean the international 0455 code Economics iGCSE up to grade A* then yes, all six parts are covered with MCQs from past papers over 8 years, and cover a typical MCQ paper up to Question 30. Some teachers give their students every part after the 'part has been finished in the book' whilst another teacher printed them all as a handy revision tool. Some parts have more questions, i think part 2 or 3 has 50 MCQs.
