I teach IGCSE Geography at an international school in Southeast Asia. Teachers are sceptical of unit bundles for good reason, so here is a free sample of my Development unit, with ten activities (two per module) pulled straight from the full resource.

What is in it:

PowerPoint presentation with 12 activity slides (title page, 10 ready-to-run activities, closing page), a Word document workbook with matching pages for every slide, three workbook versions (full colour, grayscale, online-ready), and a full answer key. Every activity is exactly as it appears in the full unit, with no watermarks or restrictions.

Syllabus coverage:

  • Standard of living and quality of life indicators (Module 1)
  • Economic classifications and causes of the development gap (Module 2)
  • Trade, aid, and Fairtrade as strategies to close the gap (Module 3)
  • Sustainable development and the three pillars (Module 4)
  • Nepal detailed specific example (Module 5)

Aligned to Cambridge IGCSE Geography 0460 (2027 syllabus). Also suitable for AP Human Geography, World Geography, and any development or global issues unit at ages 14-16.
