Dexter the Dog

Dexter the dog is on a mission to sniff along the path and find all of Melody’s friends. Melody’s friends are colour-coded characters in a story where she meets friends along the rainbow road and finds a pot of treasure at the end of the rainbow. Seven rainbow friends have their own colours - coded in music notes and shown in the number of notes of the diatonic scale. Dexter, the second character in the diatonic scale - D for dog. He’s an impulsive dog who loves adventure. Melody’s Piano books 1 and 2 with backtracks , are a great introduction for learning to read music on the piano.
