Self-Reflection: Analysing a typical 24-hour day and brainstorming internal/external barriers to effective time management.
Toolkit Carousel (5 Stations): Students learn and apply five practical time management strategies:
- Pomodoro Technique (Focus and concentration).
- SMART Goals (Goal setting and self-discipline).
- Prioritisation Grid (Decision making/Eisenhower Matrix).
- Reward & Rest System (Motivation and self-care).
- Weekly Revision Planner (Organisation and routine).
Final Task: Creating a personal, balanced revision calendar.
The lesson includes a detailed, editable PowerPoint, with teacher talk, activities and worksheet.
This is suitable for KS4 or KS5. This lesson is accessible for specialist and non-specialist PSHE teachers or curriculum areas, and is ready to use.
