What’s included:

Class grid (2 pages): space for 30 children, with every ELG in a column and Emerging/Expected tick cells. The second page adds a total-Expected column and a GLD Y/N column.
Individual child sheets (2 pages): name, DOB, class and teacher fields. Each ELG has Emerging/Expected boxes, a date and an evidence notes box. There’s also a GLD summary and a teacher comment box.
Observation log: record the date, child, ELG, observation, context (adult-led or child-initiated) and next step.
How-to-use page: includes a colour key for the 7 areas and the 12 ELGs that count towards Good Level of Development.
