Curriculum map in form of excel spreadsheet listing ALL new specification criteria for GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition (for teaching as of Sept 2016 & exams as of June 2018) that can be compared to KS3 SOWs to identify skills/areas of strength & weakness (& so will need addressing in KS4 or KS3 SOW will need editing to incorporate before September). I have colour coded my own SOW so you can see how the spreadsheet works (green = fully included in SOW, orange = touched upon/briefly included in SOW & red = minimal/not currently included in SOW) Hopefully this resource should save you hours of copying & pasting from new specification!
