This document is devised to help students revise and prepare for both writing tasks at IGCSE. It comprises of 17 essays (90 words and 140 words) given since 2011. Students will practise some of the tasks in class, some can be set as homework and the others are meant to students in the revision process. Advice is given for the 2 essays and 5 pages of recommended phrases, structures and idioms to improve complexity with linguistic features when writing. This resource can be used with Y9 top set and Y10 and Y11.
